Lee Boyce has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience, almost exclusively spent with non-profits involved in international development. Most recently, as the International Grant Manager for the American Bar Association, he oversaw association compliance with grant regulations and agreements, the development of the grant policies and procedures including the association NICRA, and directed a 7 person team with financial oversight of all 40 association field offices and work in 60 countries. At the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, he served as an international staff accountant before moving to the field to assume the role of financial manager for the $3M per month Iraq program. He holds a Masters in International Management from the University of Maryland.
