Dr. Faustina Pereira, Director of BRAC’s Human Rights and Legal Aid Services, argues that an inclusive post-2015 development framework should “reformulate the way performance indicators are devised for programs on access to justice, equality of opportunities and empowerment of communities.” ¬†Strengthening the link between development language and rights language, requires a comprehensive set of process and outcome indicators that can account for “nuances of development in issues of justice, gender equality, and inclusion of diversities,” she writes.
