Daniel is a researcher and jurist working on environmental law. He possesses good communication,
organizational and analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of the Congo basin’s natural resources
frameworks and litigation thanks to his leading work on law and litigation databases at Field Legality
Advisory Group (FLAG) where he is currently working. Dynamic, he is contributing to the development of
FLAG by leading the publication of briefing notes and the writing of conceptual notes for grants.
Beside his professional commitment, Daniel increased his interest in climate change litigation by
publishing papers in books and several journals as the African Human Rights Yearbook. Member of some
African associations, he likes learning and is willing to leave an enduring legacy in life and research.
