Faith has over nine years’ experience working directly and indirectly on Transitional Justice Issues. She works with marginalized populations, networks of victims/survivors of past atrocities including war veterans and internally displaced persons with an aim of supporting them to define, claim, and defend their rights.

Currently Faith is a Program Advisor on Transitional Justice issues at the Kenya Human Rights Commission an organization based in Nairobi, Kenya. Her work focuses on four thematic areas i.e Governance around Land and Land Based Resources , Protection of Indigenous people, Protection and Assistance of internally displaced persons and Corporate Governance issues in the Extractive Industries Sector.

She also gained experience in previously held positions at the Coalition on Violence against Women and the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA Kenya), advocating for the implementation of the agenda four component , a long-term reform TJ intervention of multi sectoral institutions under the Serena agreement after the 2007/2008 post-election violence in Kenya.
