Frank Ademba is affiliated by National committee for Family Farming (Via-Campesina) Tanzania - as Executive secretary . He has extensive experience in community development work in Tanzania, particularly in agricultural practice and providing support to small-scale farmers. In his most recent research, Frank Ademba is trying to investigate the impact of large-scale government agricultural investments, specifically Southern Highlands of Tanzania, on smallholding farmers and the rush for agricultural lands which is ultimately destroying peasant livelihoods, and resulting in deeper poverty. Frank has been, presenting papers in different universities in Tanzania, Kenya, Italy, Czech-Republic, German, Spain, Netherlands and China . Frank is seeking to share some information concern global land right movement for lobbing and advocacy purpose for policy changers.
