- My name is Tran Minh Hai, Ph.D of social work in the Philippine Women’s University, director of the Tuong Lai Centre for Health Education and Community Development (Tuong Lai Centre). I have nearly 20 years of experience in managing and operating development projects for people in Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta's provinces. I'm also a training expert for many non-government organizations, businesses, non-profit organizations and other CSOs working with people of the topics of group management, livelihood and active education.
