Community development practitioner with ten years of progressive management experience in organizational development, general operations and sytems. Demonstrated experience managing integrated rural and urban development projects, with specific experience in facilitating project design and delivery through effective community engagement and management, gender inclusiveness and, development of monitoring and evaluation framwork. Substaintial worked experience with multi-stakeholder processes management in the private and public sectors. Strong entrepreneurship development and management experience tailored to Liberia's business ecosystem including the ability of creating market linkages for job opportunities for youth and women. Previousy (11/2019 - 4/2020), worked for Young Men christian Association (YMCA) of Liberia as Program Associate (Volunteer), provided grant management support to the Country's program office, coordinated with project coordinators developed project profile including project reporting schedule, and the processes of project identification, design, implementation, and evaluation for the development of concept notes, proposals, and reports. Currently, work as Program Officer for Community Rights Support Facility (CRSF), 100% Liberian owned Civil Society Organization (CSO), and my role is to coordinate, develop programs/projects and plans aim at promoting community stewardship of their lands, forest and other related natural resources in accordance to the Land Rights Law of 2018 and other laws related to natural resources in collaboration with the relevant government agencies. I also provide technical support assistance including training, mentorship and capacity building support to communities to strenghten local governance to improve stewardship of natural resources, especially land and forest. Have training experience in community based natural resource management, aimed at integrating conservation of natural base and policies advocacy to over come poverty, hunger, and disease through a one people approach , enhancing effective community engagement and management - held in Bhusbaneswar, India. Much of my experience is transferable, specifically in areas of organizational development including strategic direction, leadership, and community development. However, this course would be a mind opener for me personally (as first sitting), sharing of innovational ideas, success stories, and challenges from network members. Look forward to repicate and contextualize some success stories in to the work we do in Liberia
