Interests: Gender-based violence, Livelihoods, Right to Information, Women's Rights
My name is Khanyisa Nomoyi and I hold an Honours degree in Political and International Studies from Rhodes University. Currently, I am doing a Masters in African Literature at the University of Witwatersrand. I am also working as a Research and Knowledge Management Intern at the National Alliance for the Development of Community Advice Offices (Nadcao).

I am passionate about all matters related to social justice. I have specific interests in Black feminist research and methodologies, women's rights and the Queer community. I have experience in research for disability access in higher education and working towards access to healthcare services for rural communities. I have also worked on training high school learners around HIV/AIDS, gender based violence & the law.

I am interested and excited to be part of Namati in an effort to ensure that the law is accessible to the people it seeks to serve. Legal empowerment has proven to be a powerful toll in addressing inequality & injustice.
