I am Patricia Kimera, 30 years Old. I hold a bachelor's degree of Laws from Makerere University, Kampala Uganda and a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala Uganda. Am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Law from Makerere University. I head the Access to Justice Division at Human Rights Awareness and Promotion Forum(HRAPF) a non- governmental organisation that advocates for the rights all including marginalised persons. I represent the organisation on the steering committee of the Civil Society Coalition on Human Rights and Constitutional Law (CSCHRCL) and sit on its legal committee. I also coordinate the paralegal training and so far 106
community paralegals from marginalised communities. I have been involved in various cases of strategic litigation on the rights of marginalised persons. I Look forward to being empowered with legal materials that will enhance my leal skills to enable marginalised persons in Uganda access justice.
