Miriam Ballay Jalloh holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Statistics and a Masters in Business Administration from the Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leones and the University of Maryland University College. She has ten years management experience working in Institutions like the National Revenue Authority, MOFED and KPMG, monitoring and managing Data collection and Analysis, reporting economic performance to development partners and managing international executive services of regulatory and compliance.
She successfully combined studies with work and other commitments and is capable of working under pressure with a clear logical mind, a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see work through completion. She is an excellent professional, very reliable, energetic, eager to learn new skills and enjoy working with challenges while achieving work oriented and personal goals in a timely and efficient manner.
She is the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at the Justice Sector Coordination Office with a Job description that articulates well with the Coordinator, Justice sector MDA’s, and other stakeholders in coordinating the development and strengthening of Monitoring and Evaluation capacity for data collection and reporting in accordance with the JSRSIP Logical Framework.
Currently, she is the manager of the project “Legal Empowerment Shared Framework” an OSIWA funded project which focuses on capacity building and data collection initiatives. As a manager, i show full commitment to all Legal Empowerment initiatives and all stakeholders commitments that drives initiatives which strengthen citizen’s capacity to access justice. Most of my work revolves around stakeholders who share a common understanding to provide a unique opportunity to take stock of our collective knowledge and build upon it to strengthen a global movement for justice.
