Pantaleon Shoki, is a Social Sector Analyst and Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting, & Learning (MERL) Specialist. Mr. Shoki holds a B.A(Economics) and M.A (Monitoring & Evaluation). Mr. Shoki is an Associate Director of Research and Learning at the National Council of People Living with HIV in Tanzania (NACOPHA).
Mr.Shoki’s research interests are founded on the impact of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems on strategic meaningful involvement of people living with HIV and AIDS; faith and community initiatives for epidemic control; causal analysis of index client testing; violence against children living with HIV; community-led monitoring and financial sustainability of PLHIV Clusters; Legal empowerment and financial sustainability of PLHIV Clusters; Mainstreaming of Community-led monitoring into Legal empowerment interventions
