I am a Human Rights Activist, an entrepreneur, and a team player who works with people from different background. I am passionate about working in Children's education and development, especially girls and women's empowerment. I hold a diploma in Humanitarian and Community Development with several years of working experience with the Ministry of Social Welfare and Ministry of Education in Sierra Leone, where I acquired valuable skills in project development, monitoring and evaluations, and multitasking on several cross-cutting projects. With my experience and skills gained in collaborating with government agencies and other non-profits, I am a proud founder and head of the Community Initiative for Peace and Children's Foundation, CIPCF, headquartered in Freetown, Sierra Leone, with branches in other provinces in the country. CIPCF works with women and children on a broad range of social issues but mainly agriculture, health, skills development and training, gender justice, and mental health, among other issues. I'm looking to join the Network community to be able to collaborate with similar organizations, seek opportunities in areas that my organization can benefit from.
