I am a Motswana women in possession of a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences degree with majors in Economics and Psychology. Currently working with BONELA as the DICEs Manager in Gaborone, Botswana. My role entails providing strategic management to the Global Fund Drop-in Centres (DICEs) the organization has in 5 districts in Botswana (Tutume, Boteti, Ngamiland, Francistown and Palapye). My responsibilities involve guiding planning and implementation, and staff development. Moreover, I provide technical support to the organization for resource mobilization. I have experience in advocacy, community empowerment, capacity building, research and have engaged with communities and stakeholders towards access to services and justice to mitigate human rights violations and promote access to health services for marginalized and vulnerable populatons. I am well versed with Human Rights, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), key population programming, issues of stigma and discrimination, gender, gender inequality, gender harmful norms, and children's rights. I am interested in joinging the network to share learning, collaborate, gain support and guidance on research activities, contribute to the movement and build my knowledge base on legal empowerment.
