ESE Association for Emancipation,...
Joined February 2021
Interests: Gender-based violence
My educational background as graduated lawyer was the foundation for my professional engagement in ESE and work on the field of promotion of human rights and gender equality. I believe that legal empowerment can contribute for improving access to justice and realization of human rights of vulnerable groups of people. In this regard, I’m engaged on monitoring human rights and developing and implementing different legal aid modalities for women who suffered domestic violence, such as the traditional free legal aid and virtual legal aid, as well as cost effective models for legal empowerment of different vulnerable communities, such as the paralegal assistance and support. In addition, my expertise incorporates capacity building of practitioners from institutions and judiciary, as well as thematic human rights researches and analysis related to access to justice, gender equality and legal empowerment.
My expectation from the network is to meet colleagues from other countries, share experience with them, learn more about their work and discuss the opportunities for mutual cooperation in the future.
