In 2001, during Liberia’s civil war, I moved to Ghana, where I studied Community Health Nursing, Human Resources, and Finance. I began advocating for youth inclusion, peace, and integrity in the Buduburam Refugee Camp.
I volunteered for a number of organizations across Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Benin, and Nigeria—and returned to Liberia in 2013. I was a Peace Ambassador in Ghana for Apeadu Peace from 2003 to 2005.
Since then I have been supporting entrepreneurs through the University of Liberia’s Business Start-Up Center Monrovia. I was crucial member of the team the organized the first Micro Medium and Small Enterprises Conference Liberia 2013. I am a professional business development expert and coach for over seven (7) years.
I have a passionate advocate and practitioner of social change, which soon led me to the Accountability Lab. My role at the Lab involves program management, support to “accountapreneurs”, training, outreach and network building. In 2015, I was an Atlas Corps F
