Mr Ahouty Kouakou is born by January 1st, 1979 in Agnibilékrou, Cote d’Ivoire and lives in Abidjan. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Communication/journalism and Anthropology, from University of Cocody, Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. He is currently enrolled in Master programme in the same university. He earned diploma in English in the same University, a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from CERAP (Center of Research and Action for Peace) in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. He has also several certificates namely a recent certificate issued by CLEMSON University on “Internet Freedom”. Apart from his academic qualifications, Mr Ahouty is the Executive Director of NGO Action et Humanisme, an anti-poverty Youth-led organization in Cote d’Ivoire. He is an Opportunity Collaboration Cordes Fellow, an agent of poverty alleviation. He is the inventor of “Mobile4Life”, an approach based on cellular technology to improve the quality of life of populations in Cote d’Ivoire. In addition, he is a journalist and a blogger. He is Global South Development Magazine reporter. His duties consist in covering unreported or underreported development issues. To this end, he has published several articles like “Stop Immigration”, “Call for inclusive and peaceful elections in Cote d’Ivoire”, and other topics. Mr Ahouty Kouakou is a popular man, member of bodies like International Journalists’ Network, Peace and Collaborative Development Network and the National Focal Point of Beyond 2015 Africa to promote Post-2015 development Agenda.

Stigma Foundation is an independent group that most of its leaders are former addicts, PLWHA (people living with HIV and AIDS) and assisted by volunteers from various groups such as college students, high school students, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Physician, Consultant, Legal Expert, etc.


At the beginning of JUNE 2001, from a small gathering among friends who are being treated at the Medical Outpatient Unit RSKO Fatmawati with friends who had completed detoxification. We had a discussion lightweight, Support Group to share experiences, sessions, etc. This activity is realized thanks to the ideas and facility RSKO, mother RizaSaravitaPramudyo and IsrizalHasan. In the end we agreed to create an independent group called Stigma.
