Betterliving Foundation and Capacity Development (BEFCAD), a Non-profit Organization (CAC/IT/NO 120564) existing since 2005 focuses on participatory development strategies with relevant partners to strengthen grass-root communities and other existing institutions to enhance access to equal opportunities towards better living for all.

Organizational Structures

BEFACD’s BOT is the highest governing body of the organization. Next is the Management level which includes the Executive Director, Program Manager, Finance and Administrative Officer, Communications and the M&E Senior Officers, and 7 implementing team.
