Bridge Hope Health Organization (BHHO) was found in April 2015 as Non-Government, Non-Profit and Non-Political Organization with overall goal to promote and provides development of humanitarian related services to the people who use drug in Afghanistan and to build the capacity of communities and their social, health and economic life. Bridge’s remit has now expanded to include key populations affected by HIV and people living with HIV.of rural and urban people.Bridge’s approach long-term sustainable health, economic, social life and development of men, women empowerment who use drugs. Bridge facilitates the clarification of local concerns followed by support to planning and implementation of local heath development initiatives.

Bridge is extremely sensitive to communal and individual differences; and Bridge strives to pay the out most respect to the communities it aims to serve. Bridge has been setting the building blocks and formulating and implementing development projects that tackle deep-rooted Health and Harm Reduction, socio-economic, institutional, and other structural causes that underlie immediate symptoms of conflict at the local levels. Transparency, accountability and efficiency are the driving factors when delivering services and goods to the people of Afghanistan.

Bridge also assists nonprofit and for-profit organizations in building and maintaining strategic linkages between government, communities, NGOs and associations who work for Key Population in Afghanistan. Bridge works with a wide variety of communities and organizations across Afghanistan, in rural and urban areas to build their capacity with the believe and thinking of that development is important but it must be ecologically friendly, cost effective, grass root driven and should make use of appropriate technology.

We have three core principles: Basic services to reinforce livelihoods, health, human rights and harm reduction and strengthen emergency assistance.
