The Bureau of African Peace is a Non-Governmental organization incorporated in Ghana in accordance with act 179 of the company’s code 1963 certificate number CG197430721. The Bureau of African Peace is made up of Non-Governmental peace organizations in Africa, aiming to promote peace, security, justice, and equal rights for all human persons without any distinctions.

The BAP is also poised for unifying all Africa nations through connecting, sharing, educational design projects and programs for the youth etc. The Bureau of African Peace shall endeavor to actively work in partnerships across the entire world, including having to work in close cooperation with the sub-regional governmental agencies and the African Union at large.

The Bureau of African Peace is currently affiliated to the International Peace Bureau and counting towards ensuring a sustainable culture of peace and security for sustainable development in Africa.

Biography
Amadou Lougué was born on June 6, 1985 in Kani-kombolé in the Bandiagara region and in the Bankass circle. Studied international law at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Bamako before flying to Mauritania where he did another study in Islamic law before becoming an interpreter and head of the Africatraveltour agency. Activist in the Union for the Republic and Democracy Party. Appointed Secretary General of the party section for the jurisdiction of the Embassy of Mali in Nouakchott on November 11, 2012. Return to the fold appointed on December 15, 2020 as country director of the You-lean international organization headquartered in Rwanda

- Deputy Director for Legal Affairs and Parliament of the BUREAU OF AFRICAN PEACE
- In March 2021 appointed as coordinator / special envoy of the International Commission on Human Rights (volunteer section) (international headquarters Geneva)
- In June 2020 appointed Permanent Representative of the African Network of Tourism Professionals in Mauritania (Ivory Coast headquarters)
- 2020 to present President of the association for assistance to local authorities -Mali (AACT-Mali) Mali
- Member of the international alliance of social leaders in the defense of human rights (representing West Africa) Mexico headquarters
-Member of the Basmat Amal organization (international organization at the Hafiz Academy for Culture and Peace based in (Morocco)
