Joined May 2022
My name is Ali Chikondi Saidi. I am a graduate Public Health, Community development, Project Management and Nursing and Midwifery. Currently I am a Project and Health Manager at a youth led non-profit called Busy Youth Organization. Among my roles include project designing, planning and implementation. Preparing, scheduling and hosting donors, stakeholders and organization meetings. Preparing proposals and project reports. By joining the movement I would like to benefit from new and international project procedures that the network would provide. I would like to benefit from mentorship and networking chances that the network would offer. Most of the times I use the human rights skills that I have learned at school and I would like to tap into the new and improved available project planning and execution templates. I would like to get familiar with new international leadership skills in order to manage my team productively. Above all I would like to grow myself and the organization in as far as human rights projects and projects are concerned.
