The office is located in Cotonou – Benin, its headquarter at lot 472 SEDAMI-Porte 2177.
Its activity is focused on legal and regulatory compliance advice, risk management and legal assistance to companies, organisations and investors.
Owing to our deep knowledge of Beninese and OHADA-UEMOA/UMOA legislation, and our multi-jurisdictional capabilities at the international level, we help our clients understanding their responsibilities and managing the legal risks associated with their day-to-day activities and investment projects.

In case of litigation, DHP Avocats favours amicable settlement and alternative dispute resolution methods, in particular mediation and arbitration.
