The Canadian Forum on Civil Justice (CFCJ) advances civil justice reform through research and advocacy. It strives to make the civil justice system more accessible, effective, and sustainable through projects and initiatives that are people-centered. Serving as a leader in evidence-based access to justice research, and a coordinator and facilitator to share knowledge between jurisdictions in Canada and internationally, the CFCJ creates new knowledge to address gaps in our understanding of the civil justice system, acts as a catalyst to transform this knowledge into successful reforms, and encourages the evaluation of reforms so that we may learn from the work that is undertaken.
