I am comrade Coleman A Gboshe. I work with Justice, Development and Peace Commission(JDPC).I am the Programs manager.I am equally the Cross River State secretary of the Paralegal Society.
As Pm,I have been engaged in several peace processes that have directly involved in making the local women and the girl child know and use law to defend the abuse of their rights especially at grassroot (villages)
Cases like FGM,rights of inheritance of the males over females, evil widowhood practices etc are themes that I advocate legislation against. I have led public enlightenment campaigns, sensitizations to community stakeholders and the security departments in the state to help me actualize my objectives. And it has heailded remarkable successes.Apart from this,I have led my team to seek for funds to empower the local women small businesses through entrepreneurship training, forming widows into small cooperative societies and have given them revolving small loans for their small businesses.
