Pearson is a Founder of Centre for Girls and Interaction (CEGI) and Chairperson of African Youth Safe Abortion Alliance (AYOSA) a continental youth alliance on SRHR and abortion. He has initiated to empower adolescent most of time in Malawi and Zambia. Pearson is also an advocate actively involved in grassroots and international platforms to advocate and lobby for adolescent and young women rights especially on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights as well as safe abortion. Pearson has been working with Centre for Girls and Interaction since 2010 an organization which work with young women and girls rights to health, combating child marriages and gender based violence. Pearson has be exposure to various skills and knowledge training which deal with health related issues
