In the core of our activities, we assume that if legal processes are shaped by the legal empowerment approach, which allows and sustains meaningful participation of communities or affected citizens in the process, the potential to influence the behavior of public institutions vis-à-vis vulnerable communities will be stronger while positive enduring change is more likely.

Lawyers and paralegals have been litigating 23 strategic/collective cases related to some of the most significant environmental issues, protection of right at the workplace, property rights, etc.

The lawyers and paralegals have provided primary legal consultation to 4,123 citizens and secondary legal assistance to 153 citizens, and through the platform www.juristionline.al, the lawyers responded to the needs and issues stemming from 3,400 requests filed by citizens.
