The Civil Resource Development and Documentation Centre (CIRDDOC) works in the area of protection and promotion of human rights and women’s human rights and the strengthening of civil society. CIRDDOC is also committed to the institutionalization of good governance, gender equality and the rule of law in Nigeria. CIRDDOC is registered under Part C of Companies and Allied Matters Act, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 1990. (RC 10,928).

Our strategic Objectives are:

  1. To promote human rights, women’s rights, gender equality, and good governance.
  2. To facilitate access to justice and the rule of law.
  3. To build capacity of civil society to demand accountability from leaders and policy makers.
  4. To facilitate networking, collaboration and partnerships among civil society organizations, and between government and civil society organizations.
