I am a lawyer, executive coordinator and co-founder of Community Resource Centre foundation (CRC).
CRC has worked on litigation and advocacy to promote and support communities in Thailand and Southeast Asia to access to justice. CRC also works on Business and Human Rights. I work with communities which have faced violation from development project of private companies and state agencies. All projects are coal power plant, bio-mass power plant, dam, mining (gold mining, lignite mining, coal mining, lime stone mining), and land bridge.
I have been working in the field for Human Rights and Environment as a lawyer and advocate since A.D.2000. CRC was found in 2010 in Thailand and registered as foundation in 2015.
Prashant Bhagat is the network champion (main point of contact) for Community Resource Centre Foundation – มูลนิธิศูนย์ข้อมูลชุมชน.
