COOSA Nation of North America (CNNA-USA) is a FREE and ASSOCIATED ANCESTRAL STATE represented by Councils of kinship who collectively facilitate Safe Passage and the Right of Return for American Aborigines (American Indians).  Resurrection of the Ancestral State “Americoos” (Ancient Empire & Paramount Chiefdom) of the Ani Coosa (AH NEE KuSAH) was asked and answered by our Ancestors so related clans could come together as One Mission, One People, One Fire, our National Mantra.  We are headquartered in the Heart of the HiYAH SH’ HAH WAH the TAH WAH Li GAH (Towaliga District) ancient, sacred ancestral lands of Coosa Nation-State (Americoos) presently known in part as Indian Springs (Butts County) Georgia.

In our Mother Tongue, KuSAH is bringing forth revelation! Nation integrity is important to us as we incorporate the guiding principles (Wampum) of THE GREAT LAW OF PEACE as our way of life “where our feet touch the soil”.

As a Juridical Personality, Coosa Councils work fervently as indigenous human rights defenders using peaceable means in petitioning for our Heritage rights and rights of self-determination in accordance with the ICCPR, ADRIP, and UDHR in compliance with the Declaration on the granting of independence to colonial countries and peoples (U.N. Resolution 1514-XV) and the Fourth and Fifth Geneva Conventions. We are currently advancing our Indigenous Housing, Family Preservation & Community Restoration Plan (2021, REVISED) in facilitation of Safe Passage and Right of Return for individuals and families we serve in dispersed indigenous communities through-out Turtle Island.

I, Dr. Monique Tate, Principal Chieftess Sahani Ugidahli, serve as the Head of State for Coosa Nation of North America (USA). In my duty, facilitating Safe Passage and Right of Return for Aboriginal Indigenous Americans, I also serve as the executive officer of our Self-supporting Trust Ministry- in which me as well as members of our multiple councils deliver charitable (free) services to individuals and families we serve in dispersed indigenous communities throughout the United States. Even though we are known for our good works and continuum of care, we receive no funding or assistance from any U.S. government agency, which in of itself is a violation of our human rights and goes against the U. S. governments fiduciary responsibility to all American Indians in accordance with the United States Constitution and indigenous/human rights treaty law. Despite our peaceful efforts to decolonize and be self-determinant, we remain victimized by weaponization of the U.S. legal system. Joining the network expands our opportunity to work with others embodying the priniciples of human rights as well as share our expertise as indigenous human rights defenders.

QUESTION: How Come The Laws of Michigan Pamper The Rich, But Oppress The Poor?
In-Just-Us, that's why!
Meaning that our State Laws are not applied equally, and in some cases, don't apply to the rich at all.
On January 27th, 2022, before Honorable Elizabeth Kelly, at the 7th Circuit Court in Flint, Michigan, the culprits directly responsible for intentionally and systematically poisoning of 98,000 Genesee County women, men, and children will possibly face justice.
The operative words in the aforementioned paragraph is "possibly face justice"!
That is because Governor Whitmer and her administration, is doing everything within their power to mask the barbaric actions of our past Governor Rick Snyder and his cohorts, who worked in complicity to betray the trust of those who elected them, by purposely pumping poisonous water into our communities.
The callous and premeditated actions of Defendant Snyder and his coconspirators is a prime example of how the lives of Michigan lower-class are viewed as unimportant or insignificant!
Had a common place urban city youth or minority and his friend committed the systematic collusion that Defendant Snyder and his codefendants committed, which cost the lives of many innocent Genesee County men, women and children; they would have been committed to the Michigan Department of Corrections for the rest of their lives with life without parole sentences.
The criminal actions of Defendants Snyder and his coconspirators systematically killed Genesee County residents; poisoned our children with lead; infected our elderly with legionnaires disease; caused still births in our pregnant women; and caused our males to become sterile; and then had the audacity to publicly disown their actions and blame others, such as our beloved and praiseworthy community leader, former 5th Ward Flint City Councilman Wantwaz Davis, for their acts of betrayal. Yeah, lets blame everything on the lowest guy on the totem pole and then lets pay the other rival council men and women in his poor Flint community a few odd dollars to turn their backs against him and push him out of office to marginalize and silence him... that's the white rich American way!
Defendant Snyder and his codefendants committed corporate genocide, and laughed at those who were adversely affected.
Now, our current Governor (Gretchen Whitmer) is trying to provide a legal and mitigated defense for Rick Snyder's actions, even though she was elected to represent the best interest of all Michigan citizens.
We ask you to come join us to oppose her actions and participate in civil disobedience!
We undoubtedly can't allow these corrupt officials to get away with their blatant disregard for life.
