Da Hawwa Lur is a non profit organization working for the protection and empowerment of women and transgender through legal/policy reforms, awareness, capacity building, advocacy and psychological/legal support, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Da Hawwa Lur envisions a world where women and trans rights are equally respected as Human Rights, they have control over their own lives and have equal access to Education, Employment, Governance, Justice, Legal Support, Financial Resources, Recreation, Health specifically Sexual and Reproductive Health and Social Services.

Da Hawwa Lur started working in 2001, with AASHA (Alliance against sexual Harassment). An Alliance against sexual harassment at workplace (AASHA), formed in 2001, as an initiative of organizations committed to end sexual harassment at workplace. Da Hawwa Lur is working on the awareness and implementation of legislations to counter gender based violence and has been instrumental in the lobbying of pro-women laws in the region. It has trained more than 500 young girls and boys on conflict transformation and peace promotion, trained local communities on countering gender based violence and women rights, trained more than 150 transgender on anti-sexual harassment legislation, advocacy for the legal reforms of home based workers resulting in bringing a formal policy in the assembly. awareness and training programs for women workers on labor rights and laws and providing legal/psychological support to the victims of gender based violence.
