DIN Malawi exists to promote and protect good living standards of the youth and vulnerable people by equipping them with appropriate information and skills. This is achieved through several projects which work towards promoting behaviour changes of the youth in regards to SRHR and dealing with social economic issues affecting the youth and the community at large. Among these we are promoting the full and equal participation of the youth and vulnerable groups in development processes; building survival skills for the youth; educating the youth and communities on reproductive health, human rights, gender equality, fight stigma and discrimination against those infected with HIV/AIDS.

DIN Malawi also established to give hope and faith to communities especially less privileged, the needy, young women, youth, orphans and vulnerable children through social and economic empowerment. One of our main aims is to foster a sharp sense of personal responsibility among the youth for maintaining good economic status, sexual and reproductive health status, and educating this group about their culture, sexual and reproductive rights.

Our mission is to alleviate poverty and create lasting change in vulnerable communities. Our vision is a society with equal opportunities for all.

DIN Malawi has vast experience in working with youth members. Since 2012 it has worked in various projects such as young women empowerment trough tailoring, youth empowerment through agri-business, HIV project, livestock management and girls empowerment through gender and education activities.
