Mr. Ajah Chima Oliver is the founder and the Executive Director Development & Integrity Intervention Goal Foundation (DIG Foundation) which is a registered and recognized Nigerian grassroots youth led Non Governmental, Not for Profit and Non political Organization committed to promoting integrity and community development in Nigeria. Mr. Oliver is a graduate in Bsc Public Administration from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) Faculty of Social Sciences Department of Public Administration and Local Government (PALG).

His humanitarian/volunteer work dated back in 2006 with Women Children’s Health & Community Development (WOCHAD) Initiative where he served in various capacities. For examples he served as Community Volunteer for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Caregiver, Office Volunteer, Program Assistant, and finally monitoring and Evaluation Officer with USAID/Global Fund funded projects. He later moved to Neighborhood Environment Watch Foundation where he also served in various capacities like Monitoring and Evaluation Officer UNDP GEF Small Grant Project of planting over 30,000 Economic/non Economic tress for the Reforestation of Edda/Enyida degraded land in Ebonyi State, Prevention officer for Enhancing Nigerian Capacity for AIDS Prevention (ENCAP) project etc. On Anti- Corruption, he have also served as State Admin Secretary for National Anti-Corruption Volunteer Corps which an initiative of Independent Corrupt Practices and related offences Commission (ICPC) in Nigeria, currently he is Member Advisory/Consultative Committee Independent Corrupt Practices & Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) South-East Zone as Youth Representative. Other position he holds are State coordinator/Assistant Researcher Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth and Advancement, State coordinator Civil Society on Health and Rights of vulnerable women and Girls in Nigeria. He was state coordinator and team leader for domestic observers in the 2015 general election in Nigeria. Ajah Chima Oliver is committed and dedicated development worker with passion.
