The DICF is organized exclusively to address the unfortunate hindrance of young people against social usefulness and fitness in nation building. The developing of a nation strongly depends on the capacity building for youth-resourcefulness and which has to do with the purposeful development of the mind. Most of the dropouts in the country today are youth and who have turned out to be a menace to society because they do not acquire any formal or non-formal education, not technical/vocational training either.

In the execution of its numerous activities, the organization will target the young people and children in general; and to serve the purpose of facilitating training opportunities for them and for the acquisition of capacity to enhance their success in life.
