EHSAR Foundation was established as a Nongovernmental non profitable and non political organization (NGO) in 2005. It was, registered in 2007 with DSW/NWFP/2804, Under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961 (XLVI of 1961) Khyber P., and also registered with FATA – SWD # PRC – 34/FATA. It is governed by a group of experienced Executive Committee members(ECM) and Mr Kazim Ullah Khan, the Chief Executive Officer/ founder who in turn is assisted by a group of experienced member who undertakes the day-to-day management. EHSAR operates in all Districts of Pakistan including six Frontier Regions (FR) and Seven FATA Agencies (Federally Administered Tribal Area). The tribal agencies are administered by respective political agents, who report directly to the provincial governor and the federal government, while FR is taken care by the District Coordination Officers (DCOs). EHSAR Foundation also operates in Sindh Province having 1 Regional office at Hyderabad while field offices at different location of the districts all over in the country.
EHSAR Vision: A world, free of poverty, illiteracy and disease, where everyone enjoys fundamental rights to lead a healthy and independent life of dignity and honour without discrimination on the basis of religion, creed, race, ethnicity, language, gender or nationality.
EHSAR Mission: Offering Education, Health and rehabilitation facilities to and creating Social Awareness in the society with a view to cultivate an educated and more levelheaded generation.
