The Foundation is an NGO we have put together to promote the development of our village ELEVALA which is part of Hanuabada/Poreporena Village, the biggest village in Port Moresby built on stilts over the sea at Fairfax Harbor and currently marginalised from lack of land. There is high drug and alcoholic abuse, unemployment, poverty and illiteracy and lacks development although our land has been used by the Government of PNG for the last 100 years since the first whitemen and missionaries arrived in our village in the 1800s. Due to lack of services, Our objective is to empower NGOs to develop our village through projects. We also want to advocate human and land rights through awareness campaigns and workshops.
