I am a social worker with Foundation for Humans Rights Initiative, directly implementing a program under the Paralegal Advisory Services (PAS). Although with an ICT training background, I am growing in the field of providing access to justice for the poor and vulnerable in the community especially. This is my fourth year in this field where i have provided supportive tasks in the entity to the technical staff, although this has given me a good understanding of the justice system in Uganda. My tasks have majorly been in the aspect of Administration and managing tasks than technical operations.
With this background i am seeking an opportunity to improve the quality of the services of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative and especially the Paralegal Advisory Services under which i have a direct implementation. Any regard to this will be highly appreciated.
