Lucía Berro Pizzarossa is a Senior Associate at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at the University of Georgetown. She holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Groningen, an MJur from the University of Oxford, and an LLB from the Universidad de la República in Uruguay. Lucía is also a Research Fellow at the Interdisciplinary Center on Adolescents and Sexual and Reproductive Rights - UDELAR. She works for Women Help Women as a coordinator of a legal network of lawyers, scholars, and activists, where she previously coordinated the MAMA Project.
