Grassroots Relief and Development Agency [GREDA] is a charitable humanitarian relief and developmental non-profit making; non-political, non-racial and non-sectarian organization founded in 2010 in Western Equatoria State. It was officially registered on September 29th 2011 with the Ministry of Social Development Western Equatoria State under the registration number 0075. On February 16th 2015 GREDA was registered with the National Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development Republic of South Sudan under the registration number 2385. On March 2nd 2015 GREDA was also registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) Republic of South Sudan under the registration number 299 to operate across South Sudan to serve communities through quality sustainable services to secure, productive fair and just societies where all sectors are able to interact with accountability, inclusiveness participation and mechanisms for peaceful co-existence.
