I am a female Nigerian of 35 years, I have eight (8) years progressive professional experience in various capacity with both national non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in community development, governance/human rights, environmental justice advocacy, health, livelihoods support, advocacy and peace/humanitarian services and grants supported projects and about 8 years cumulative work experience.
I have strength in the design and implementation of pro-poor based policies and projects for Cross River State, Most of the projects centred on Governance- Social Accountability (public finance management, government policy monitoring and advocacy), Community Health (HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB and WASH), Livelihood Enhancement, Environmental Management, Gender and Social Justices.
I have skills in facilitating community participation in project planning and management using participatory approaches like Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), capacity building and organizational development of sub recipient organizations.
I hold graduate degree in Environmental Protection and Resource Management (EPRM) and a diploma in Business Admin..
