HealthPlus 4 Men, (HP4M) is a registered non-governmental, LGBTI-led organization in Swaziland founded in 2014 that works in 3 core programme strategies (Advocacy, Empowerment and Community Centered Approaches) that we employ in all the work we do for the LGBTI community in contributing to improved recognition of their human rights, sexual and reproductive health rights in Swaziland. Its work evolves around creating enabling environment for LGTBI rights, which shall be achieved through the following objectives: 1. Increased knowledge through sensitization of civil society, communities and other stakeholders on LGBTI issues. 2. Increased access to health services for LGBTI people. 3. Increased relevance to discuss LGBTI issues to be included in policy discussions.
Its mission is to champion the rights of LGBTI people in Swaziland (through advocacy, information dissemination, legislative reform, research and direct service provision) thus creating a stigma/discrimination free generation in the country.
