We are a nongovernmental, not-for-profit and non-political organization established in 2020 to address issues of human rights, gender equality and good governance practices.

We envision a just society in which people rights are respected and protected, democracy and good governance practices hallmark of society

Mission

We exist to promote and protect human rights, advocate for gender equality and equal opportunities, encourage democracy, good governance practices and violance prevention.

Values

1. Sustainability – we believe what ever thing we do, we have the ethical responsibility to think about the future. Consequently, sustainable practices are  incorporated into everything we do. Our programs and projects are designed to take into consideration the present needs, and the ability of future generation to meet their needs.

2. Integrity – we uphold to the saying that says “credibility begins by demonstrating the unity between action and words”. We hold ourselves accountable to the society with what we said. We try our possible best to be who we say we are.

3. Respect – at the Human Equality Concern, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We believe every individual has to right to be treated with respect and dignity without discrimination.

4. Community Leadership – Here we believe to effectively and efficiently effect change, the community must be the leading characters. As such we empower the community to effect their own change.

5. Partnership – Without partnering with other institutions, we believe we cannot make a big impact. We believe that one of the effective means to achieve our mission is to join forces with other organizations which missions are allign with ours.
