HRAPF is incorporated under the laws of Uganda.

Mercy Patricia Alum

I am a Ugandan lawyer who has been formally working in human rights organisations for the past two years. I am particularly interested in advocating for the rights of marginalised persons, specifically health rights and economic rights. I also strongly identify with the advocacy for environmental rights. I am excited to be part of this platform where I can meet other activists and share experiences and tips.
