I am the Head of the HUST Department of Health and Sustainable Environment, initiator, and Team Leader
for the DfG Njombe Program. She attended the Days for Girls University Course (MHM & DfG Kit Sewing) at Days for Girls Uganda Regional Office and obtained Days for Girls University Enterprise Certification in June 2018 and was registered as a leader in the Days for Girls International (DfGI).

Academically, graduated MSc. Finance at Strathclyde University Dar es Salaam Campus in 2007 after her completion of BSc in International Business at Metropolitan State University, MN, the USA in 2004 prior to this, Faraja graduated at Klerruu Teachers Training College with Diploma in Education (Chemistry and Biology) 1999. Also, I have a vast experience in the local and international consulting fields in which she consults Senior Expert Service (SES), Germany as an SES Tanzania representative and a project consultant in the Catholic Diocese of Njombe. She also worked as a Planning Officer for Amani University Project in Njombe from 2012-2015, Assistant Lecturer at Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (2008-2012), and a secondary school teacher of Chemistry and Biology with the Ministry of Education and Vocational Education in Tanzania (2005-2007). As a Certified Nursing Assistant, she worked at Bywood East Health Care in MN, the USA from 2001 to 2004.
