Inclusion of Hard-to-Reach Women in Sierra Leone aims at ensuring women in Karene increased resentation in politics the district with a population about 300,000 has 2 female councillors , 1 parliamentarian and no paramount chief. It will embark in Adult and Civic Education, advocate for women to  own lands and be involved in sport, girls have increase access to education. It will advocate for environment disaster be minimised as presently the district in involve in timber logging, coal burning and mining. Will embark on women Local economic development
