ISOC Ghana serves the Internet Society’s purposes by serving the interests of a segment of the global Internet community through a local presence, focus on local issues and developments.

ISOC Ghana will serve persons who live or work in Ghana and the neighboring countries who are affiliated to the Chapter. ISOC Ghana is chartered by the Internet Society, our Bye-laws neither supersede nor abrogate any of the Bye-laws of the Internet Society that regulate chapter affairs.



Internet Society Ghana Chapter (ISOC Ghana) is a chartered Chapter of the Internet Society (ISOC) which  is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 to provide leadership in Internet related standards, education, and policy.

ISOC Ghana is dedicated to ensuring the open development, evolution and use of the Internet for the benefit of people in Ghana and throughout the world. Since it was formed in 1996, ISOC Ghana has championed a number of initiatives in capacity building for the technical community and education

I am an innovative practitioner in Education Technology, a digital scholar and a global citizen. I am currently working with University of Ghana Computing Systems, eLearning Unit as a Principal ICT Officer and a trainer. Exceptional training in dealing with facilitation, a well-developed skills in course development and online teaching. I have a post graduate degree in Education Technology from University of Cape Town and obtained my first degree from Open University Malaysia in “IT Multimedia Communication”. I am also currently pursuing my second Master programme in Distance Education and eLearning, University of Ghana.
