I am a MBA Graduate from Nottingham Trent University UK. I have been working within manpower outsourcing industry (Blue color employees outsourcing) since last 7 years. having worked in this industry, I have learnt about the problems outsourced workers generally face in terms of wage theft, wage denial, unfair wage deductions on account of false charges, deprivation of benefits they are entitled to under the concerning labour laws and so on.

in pursuit of helping these blue color employees with their grievances, In 2016, we started MEN (Migrants Empowerment Thru Networking) Initiative. This MEN Initiative is meant to support and empower the migrants workers who are generally engaged into unorganized industry across metro cities. These workers are either illiterate or less education are not able to understand their rights under laws of employment. to help these workers. We started MEN Initiative at Lex Foundation which works for Human Well being trough its various other initiatives in India.

MEN Project:
We run awareness campaign for these workers to educate about their labour rights
We help them whenever they have any work related concern.
We collectivize and unionize these poor workers
We connect these workers to the govt organizations for social benefits under ESIC and EPF dept.
We run Labour Helpline thru which any worker can reach out to us for help.
Anish Singh is the network champion (main point of contact) for Lex Foundation.
