Liberia CSOs Anti-Corruption Coalition a national umbrella membership organization that brings together Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and activists in the fight against corruption in Liberia.

The Coalition was established in 2019 to consolidate and coordinate civil society organizations and anti-corruption activists fight against corruption in Liberia as well as to enhance the watchdog and anti‐corruption capacities of the CSOs and provide a platform through which civil society organizations can increase advocacy and pressure the government to be responsible and committed to improving transparency and accountability in service delivery and fighting corruption in the public sector.

James Koryor is an influential young Liberian, Administrator, a trained USAID program
manager and developer with over nine years of experience in working in different areas of his
qualifications in Liberia and the United States (Practicum). James is an anti-corruption
advocate, a 2013 participant of the Anglophone West Africa Youth Integrity Camp organized
by UNDP, Transparency International and Independent Corrupt Practice and other related
offences Commission of Nigeria (ICPC), an advocate for arms controlled and anti- gun related
crime with year of experience working with the Liberia Action Network on Small Arms
(LANSAN). James has also being trained in anti-corruption and policy advocacy, project
management, monitoring and evaluation under the Civil Society & Media Leadership
Program implemented by IREX with funding from USAID. James is a trained tax
administrator trained by East Africa School of Taxation.
Over the years, James have developed and successfully supervised, implemented and managed
many youth focused projects and programs in twelve different Counties across Liberia. He
is an advocate for Human Rights, transparency and good governance and youth issues. In
2014 James was selected to serve as youth representative on a Technical Working Committee
(TWC) at the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission for the establishment of the student
integrity clubs in ten public schools funded by UNDP.
James is a candidate for Master Degree in Public Administration with emphases in Public
Sector Administration at the Cuttington University Graduate School. He holds a post
graduate certificate in human rights & drug policy from the University of Ghana, School of
Law, and an Alumni of the US Department of State Community Solutions Program, Bachelor
Degree in Public administration from the University of Liberia and a 2019 Accountaprenuer
at the Accountability Incubator Program implemented by ILab and Accountability Lab.
