LATICH is a women led Non-Governmental Organization own by Liberian, organized by former staff of the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), student and graduates of the William V. S. Tubman. University (WVSTU) who met after observing the departure of UNMIL and drawing down of may IGOs in Liberia The organizers want to close this gaps in the area of protection and human right monitoring, peace & social justices, Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH), social cohesion, participation of women, girls, children, youth and vulnerable persons and the enhancing the sustainability of activities and structures established by outgoing INGOs.L LATICH was founded May 26, 2017 and registered as local organization on June 12, 2018. LATICH 2018 to 2021 achievement. voluntarily in 15 communities 

Communities pumps rehabilitation, training of community WASH Committees, 40 adolescent girls back to school, conducting, Awareness  sexuallyt diseases & best hygiene practices, Gender Based Violence,W farmers employment, Land right awareness focuslng on Customary Land and Women Land ownership 

achievement

1. Rehabilitated 7 Hand pumps and treating of 11 pumps in 4 Townships to fight COVID 19.
2. 135 girls or 75% of the 6 Adolescence girls back school 2020/2021 academic.
3. Mediated 18 domestic violence cases in collaboration with Community Based Protection Committee (CBPC) and reported three traditional harmful practice incidents from three communities where about 98% of the survivors were women, girl and children.
4. Six (6) Community Based Protection Committees re-awaking and trained.

Networking
LATICH is presently a member and chair of a CSOs Group promoting the land right law of Liberia focusing on Customary land and  women land ownership right and chairing the networking Group on women land ownership supported by Community Sustainability Development Organization with support from Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Funds (a United Nation and Civil Society Partnership)
