I am Radha Pradhan, active Feminist since 2003. I am Co- founder of Mahila Janachetna Kendra, MJK and now involved as the Executive Director of MJK. I am trainer for child right, women right, SRHR, Child marriage and Psychosocial Counselor. My role in my Organization is to connect our Organization with the potential partners and coordination. I want to update the legal part for women and children Internationally. How to raise the issue about the discriminatory rules and regulation for which women and child have to suffer. The rights of child and women are clearly written in our Constitutions but the practice is different. Recently In Nepal we have local election, our Constitution has clearly defined for the active participation of women in the major post but due to party Alliance the participation of women were very few. So in such case, further how can we grantee the active participation of women. How to raise such kind of issue.
