MAGSA, is a NON Profit organization based in Johannesburg, South Africa with a membership of over 5000 nation wide.

We intend to open up offices in Tanzania and Malawi in the next 24 months respectively advocating the rights of African Migrants in the SADC Region.

We’ve currently managed to enter into partnership with most government stakeholders to work together in particular law enforcement agents to curb crime in most black communities.

We’ve managed to train over 100 members in the labour fraternity to defend the rights of undocumented migrants in various employment sectors through Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CCMA. We’re currently building a womens empowerment network program in all 9 provinces of South Africa so that women are able to communicate and participate in decision making in matters concerning them .

We’re defending the rights of undocumented migrants who’re victims of parents status in the country being denied access to health and education despite being a constitutional right.

We’ve managed to document many undocumented Malawian nationals living in South Africa, though government still adamant to authenticate our ID Cards.

We’ve managed to assist many undocumented migrants who’re denied access to banking facilities by applying banking services for them through the organization.

We’ve managed to acquire health services for migrants through BUPHE Insurance company so that migrants are not victimized at public health services.

Interests: Generalist Legal Services, Governance, Labor & Employment
Am the Executive Director of Malawians Advocacy Group, and advocacy Group fighting for the rights of undocumented economic migrants living in South Africa.
Our organization is a membership based movement with over 5000 members here in South Africa.

Being the founder of the organization, I came up with a concept to document migrants without any form identification living in South Africa by issuing them a membership Card in order to identify them as who they're in a foreign country. The concept is working well and has been recommended by many government stakeholders.

From a Trade Unionist back ground, activism is my passion in life.
Worked for Law companies in the early 90s and Trade Unions as a secretary General, I build my activism career in the public domain. Trained as a community Organizer by Lawyers for Human Rights my knowledge in community organizing has been broadened and many migrants are assisted by our organization. Learning is the cause of joining
