Mandela Center for Transitional Justice is an independent research consultative body. It is based in Khartoum/Sudan; it works in the field of transitional justice. The center offers different services in, consultations, workshops, training, seminars, and symposiums on the transitional justice. This includes the right to truth and documentation, and to justice, to reparation and in addition to the healing, reconciliation and peace, trust building, lustration, vetting and dismissals, institutional reforms or guarantees to non-recurrence. It works in the field of human rights; good governance as well as traditional justice is also considered. By taking particular care to ensure issues such as, inclusion, integration, diversity, transparency, gender equality, and sustainability are at the heart of its action-plans. These various services and programs can be carried out through different mechanisms that include expertise, specialized bodies, and other technical assisting methods.
